The Ohana Support Foundation

"Ohana" Means Family

The purpose of the Ohana Support Foundation is to provide simple solutions to complex issues and increase access to social and healthcare supports for families that are under-served by current infrastructure

The MOM Project

Volunteers

The Mother's Own Milk (MOM) Project is our flagship program that provides affordable breast pump rentals to low-income Calgary area families with babies in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Click here to learn more!

Our Board

As a society registered with Service Alberta, The Ohana Support Foundation is a non-profit organization that is staffed by volunteers. We have 4 board members with different backgrounds that are passionate about community based social programs.
We rely on our volunteers to sustain our programs. All of our volunteers have received a Police Information Check prior to interacting with clients. Our volunteers make our work possible!

Growth

Founded in 2018, The Ohana Support Foundation has made strong connections with other community agencies like the Calgary Community of Christ Congregation, providing generous funding to our program, The MOM Project. By working with other groups who share our goals, the collective impact is much greater!
Our website is currently under construction, please check back soon for updates!

Contact Us

While we do not have an "office" you can always reach us! We regularly check our email and respond to inquiries as quickly as possible!

Please note that we do not accept self-referrals for services. We work closely with existing social support networks to ensure our resources are being directed to those who need them most.
